With meals against childhood depression

The birth of a child can be both lively, uplifting, self-confident, and fulfilling. However, the pink can be quickly added to the gray clouds.

The birth after 3-4. On the day, women are affected by 50-80 percent of the baby blues. The change in pet status usually declines within a week, but women may become more or less depressed by 10-20 percent and become depressed. In such cases, medical treatment is also required for healing. Complementary therapies, with proper meals, we can also help wake us up. The sequel is hard to guess - "as long as it can!" Because as soon as we give life to our child, the great euphoric sensation of anxiety: Healthy, I'm going to make it, I'll have enough milk, and we can list the anxious requests. All in all, of course, the mother's wake up, and of course, the many tasks. First-time breastfeeding, diapering, shoulder care, consolation and waking, laughing and shaving. Cheerfulness and sorrow are in the hand, pushing each other and stretching our hearts apart, and we do not understand what is happening to us. Many people are frightened of their peculiar magpie as we try to reassure our love package, the thought falls: Are you sure I wanted this?

Unbuttoned blues

When we get home from the county, we hope that everything will be easier at home. Most of us, however, are even more discouraged, because, you know, there is no experienced baby in the wardrobe who gives step-by-step advice. After the baby blues are just back home, the 3-4. day, parallel to milk intake, we came to the conclusion that all this is due to hormonal changes.

Childhood depression is forgotten

However, the cramped nights do not help us find our spiritual sin. A supportive environment can do a lot for the depressed and exhausted little ones. Encouragement and the chores of housework can be life-saving for the first six weeks, just like an overeating vitamin diet.

Let's make ourselves happy

Although most pregnant mothers prefer "sinful" carbohydrates during the first period of breastfeeding, it is important to have a variety of foods rich in vitamins. With fast-absorbing carbohydrates, we're hoping for quick help, while we're better off with low-GI (high glycemic index), high-energy, vitamins and have a good meal favor it. Omega-3s, tryptophan, vitamins B6 and B12, and magnesium all help fight depression. In many cases, our fatigue can be counterbalanced by adequate iron and vitamin C intake. Here are some of our recipes that can work against all of this.
